Bonifacio Gas Corporation aims to be constantly in touch with its
customers and their needs by providing a friendly, responsive and
competent Customer Assistance Center (CAC).
Our CAC Officer is trained to receive and handle all customer calls
related to requests for installation and service of the gas pipes,
meters and other equipment; requests for installation, deactivation and
service of gas appliances and/or systems; billing and collection; meter
reading and maintenance; inquiries on purchasing any gas appliances and
systems, as well as in emergency situations.
