The CAC was created based on BGC's corporate mission of creating a gas utility company that will become world class in gas standards, widely accepted and essential to any modern metropolis in the country and the standard of utility companies in the Philippines. Thus, the CAC is patterned after a "One Stop Shop" concept. It will play a vital role in ensuring that the company maintains operational excellence while preserving customer intimacy. It will be the center of all existing and prospective business operations of the corporation.
Your CAC Officers are trained to receive and handle all customer calls related to requests for installation and service of the gas pipes, meters and other equipment; requests for installation, deactivation and service of gas appliances and/or systems; billing and collection; meter reading and maintenance; inquiries on purchasing any gas appliances and systems, as well as in emergency situations.
